Before Payment

Orders may be canceled before payment confirmation.

After Payment

Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to immediate processing.

Store-Initiated Cancellation

Warisan Herba may cancel orders if:

• Stock is unavailable

• Payment is incomplete

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
